Due to sin, people are unable to believe what the Scriptures proclaim about God, man, sin, and salvation. However, when a person turns from their sin and trusts in Christ alone as Lord and Savior, God fills their hearts with the Holy Spirit, who provides them with belief in God’s Word.e.
